Guaranteed to have fun and enjoy yourself while keeping fit. Medal tests will also be available for those that want to enter through the UKA. John is UKA qualified instructor since 2000, and Karen has held many championships such as 2 X World Champion, European Champion, French Champion, UK champion and Dutch champion. Whilst Karen's daughter has now taken the reigns in the competition world by recently winning her division at the European Championships.
