Awarded Australian Line Dance Instructor of the year 2018-2019 and nominated for Australian Line Dancer of the year in 2018-2019 for her effort and dedication she put into not only teaching her students but also her service to the broader community to participate in Line Dancing.
She was also nominated for :

- Australian Line Dancer of the years 2019 -2020 & 2020-2021.

Runner up in Instructor and student’s competition at NSW Open Line dance Championship 2014.

- Graduated from the University of Wollongong, Australia with a Bachelor of Commerce in Business System Analysis.

During the Pandemic crisis, she has driven further and provided a different approach to line dancing, not only gives her the opportunity to experience a new way of teaching Online but allowing her to be able to reach out to her students and those in need and to stay connected, support each other and those around her. Helping all to stay active, safe and well.
She currently holds classes in Hurstville, Campsie and Chatswood from basic beginner to advance levels.
Working closely with Georges River Council (GRC) for the past years to serve the elderly local community and other community organisations such as SHARE Building healthier Communities and taking part in several of the cultural events every year to support the NSW Seniors Festival Weeks, NSW Aged Care Expo to mention a few. A group of students was trained to reach the performance level for each of their events.
Hosted the NSW Senior Festival in the years 2019 and 2020. Together with Georges River Council, She also trained her students to do Flash Mobs at Hurstville Garden Plaza for the years 2019 and 2020.
Michelle’s students appreciate her very good teaching and dedication and decided to voice their monthly votes for her being awarded as Instructor of the year 2018-2019. They are really proud of her and this certainly brings the students together like a big dancing family.
